- daughter of W,ladys, law and Marja Czarnecka hr. Bu,zeni-Mniszek.
[[He]] has four sons, born in the family estate of Przytulja, on Podole.
The oldest son, Jan Maurycy, born in 1892 died during the First World War,
in Odesa, in 1917. The next in order son, Zygmunt August, born in

the fourth son, Konstanty Ludwin, born in 1899. This last one, on the
Mathematics faculty of the University of Noworosyiskim [[literally,

World War into the Russian army; immediately however upon the outbreak of
the Russian revolution and Konstanty takes part in the battle of the newly
established Polish army (into which he also enrolled), with the German army
under Kaniowe. The Polish army was under the command of General
Haller, under whose command were presently the Polish army from America
[[USA]] (hence from this reason known as Hallers). General Haller
later was in charge of the Polish Red-Cross. His letter to me thanking
me for my efforts in behalf of obtaining help for the Polish Red-Cross is in
the archives. [[It is not clear what archive my Father means.]]
After the withdrawal of the Polish army from the Soviet Russia, [[he]] takes
part, at the rank of rotmeister, in the Polish-Russian war, which terminated
with the complete defeat of the Soviet army near Warszawa. After the
war, [[he]] remains in the army. [[He]] perishes in an automobile
accident in the rank of a commissioned podpu, lkownik [[I do not know
the translation. Literally, it means "the rank under one who
commands a semi-circle". Large mouthful for a single word!
"Pulkownik" probably means brigadier-general.]], while, as an
inspector of the General Chief-of-Staff, [[he]] was inspecting the outpost
under Pozna'n, immediately prior the the invasion of Poland by Hitler, in
