Observe that my Father has spelled the name of the title of the Jaxa-Ma,lachowski family as "Grif", "Gryf", or "Gryff".

This ancestral tree has been augmented from some of the other pages of this document.  The purpose of the augmentation is to trace backwards to Ignacy Jerzy hr. herbu Ostoja 'Scibor-Marchocki (1755 - 1827), who is listed as item # 12, on page #04.  Then, his paternal ancestry is traced backwards through eleven generations.  The abbreviation "hr." is for the Polish word "hrabia", which means "earl", in English, "count" in French, "Graff" in German, etc.  The polish word "herb" ("herbu" is the genitive) means "coat-of-arms".

This ancestral-tree is complete through all of my six great-grandparents.  It provides eight (out of twelve) great-great-grandparents and eight (out of twenty-two) in the next generation backwards.  The asterisk denotes that there will be a portrait of that individual posted, presently.
